Our BOOK NOW is a resource for clients to make quick hotel room reservations through our preferred partners.
Once the reservation has been made an email will be sent directly to KWLT who will ensure you are VIP’d with the property.
How to book your own hotel reservation via our partnership with Virtuoso:
Step 1: Click on the BOOK NOW button below which will open KWLT custom hotel booking portal.
Step 2: Click on “Hotels” in the top navigation bar.
Step 3: Enter your destination in the search field. Select your preferred hotel, then click on “More Details and Photos” to view rates and availability.
Step 4: When you’re ready to book, select the red “Book” button next to your preferred room category.
Create an account:
If this is your first time booking, you’ll be prompted to create an account and confirm an Agent (search “Kristina Watkins” if it doesn’t come up). Otherwise, you can proceed with payment information.
When your booking is complete, you should receive a confirmation email. KWLT will also reach out within 24 hours to send the official confirmation from the hotel. You will receive our exclusive amenities, perks and VIP status!
**Four Seasons and some other Brands don’t participate in this portal and we ask you to reach out directly when booking if it doesn't bring up rates for you.
Please note: all new Virtuoso accounts will need to be made from a desktop or laptop computer.
